What is Stress? Stress is our body method of responding to any kind of demand. Or we can say that Stress the body’s reaction to any change that requires an adjustment or response. The body responds to these changes with physical, mental and emotional responses. Stress is a normal part of our life. We experience stress from our environment, our body and our thoughts.
